How to transfer funds from one account to another?

In order to transfer funds from one account to another, you need to write a letter with a request to do so to support@esplanade-ms.com, or to form transfer application in your personal account. Funds will be transferred within 72 hours.

How can I restore a password to my live (trading) account?

A request for a new password, you can send from your Personal Account. A new password will be sent to you to the e-mail provided at your registration.

You can also contact the Customer Support (sending your request to: support@esplanade-ms.com). You shall specify the number of your live (trading) account to which you want to recover the password, and attached the scanned copies of all significant pages of your passport (a page with your photo, a page with registration address, a page with information on marital status, children, as well as a page with information on previously issued passports).

I would like to change a current password to my Personal Account, how can I do it?

To change the password you need, being logged in to your Personal Account, go to Settings page, then – to Personal information page and then – use the appropriate form to change your password.

I forgot my password to log in to my Personal Account, what should I do?

If you have forgotten a password from your Personal Account, you can restore it by using our password recovery form, located on a page of Personal Account logging in.

Why do I need Personal Account?

Personal account is your personal workspace on Esplanade Market Solutions’ site.

In your personal account you can:
  • Manage your live (trading) account
  • Amend personal registration information
  • Recover lost passwords to your live (trading) account
  • Credit/Debit funds

What is a legally comprehensive confirmation of an amount placed to any Esplanade Market Solutions’ customer account at any moment (including at an open position and switched off computer)?

A legally comprehensive confirmation of an amount is a Statement (transactions report). You can also generate this report on your own. In order to do so, enter “Account History” page at your trading terminal, right-click on any field and use “Detailed Report” option.

Where can I see the current spread?

You can see the current spread at MetaTrader trading terminal in “New Price” window. Besides, information on current prices is displayed (after the terminal restarting) in a window of an order opening (“New Order” window), as well as on “Trading” page (in “Terminal” window) and in “Market Review” window.

Is a specified fixed spread constant?

According to the Trade Rules of Esplanade Market Solutions: “In case of strong price fluctuations a spread can be changed for instruments with high volatility or instruments with low liquidity.”

What is a market spread? How does it differ from a fixed one?

Spread for Forex tools and metals is a market one on all live (trading) accounts of the company.

The fixed spread is maintained most of the time at a certain level, but at high volatility (or low liquidity) of an instrument can be changed.

The market spread is not maintained at a specified level and can change constantly depending on interbank conditions. The market spread for each instrument can be lower than the fixed spread or equal to zero, at certain times.

What is a margin call?

Trading in the financial markets with the use of borrowed funds (leverage), suggests that on your account there should always be an amount sufficient to maintain open positions. This amount is called margin or margin collateral. The margin ensures that the borrowed money you use for trading will remain intact even in case of unfavorable development of the market situation.

It should be remembered that prices of financial instruments may fluctuate significantly, which means that your deposit must be able to maintain all open positions at any given moment. If there won’t be enough money on your live (trading) account to cover all the positions, the broker will send you a notice about the need to credit funds to your account – a Margin Call (or Stop Out). At that, Stop Out signal will light up on MetaTrader 4 terminal. If additional funds are not credited to the account, the broker will be forced to close some of your transactions (starting with a losing one).

To avoid this situation, we recommend that you calculate the required margin for each instrument and maintain the balance of your live (trading) account at an appropriate level.

How can I change phone number and other personal information provided for when opening an account?

You can use the data change form in your dashboard, sending a request for personal data changing.

Besides, in order to change your contact phone number or other personal data, please send a request from your e-mail, specified when opening your account to support@esplanade-ms.com, attaching scanned copies of all significant pages of your passport (with your photo, registration address, information on marital status, children, as well as information on previously issued passports).

Esplanade Market Solutions’ manager will inform you about successful data changing.

Can I change the e-mail address provided for when opening an account, and if yes, then how?

In order to change your contact e-mail, please send a request from your e-mail, specified when opening an account, or your new e-mail to support@esplanade-ms.com, attaching scanned copies of all significant pages of your passport (a page with your photo, a page with registration address, a page with information on marital status, children, as well as a page with information on previously issued passports).

You can also use the form of data amendments in your Personal Account, sending a request for personal data amendment.

What is my leverage? How can I change the leverage?

As a rule, when opening an account Esplanade Market Solutions offers a standard leverage size to its customers – 1:100. In order to clarify your leverage and/or to change it, please contact Esplanade Market Solutions’ manager by phone or e-mail (support@esplanade-ms.com).

In the letter, please specify:
  • Your name
  • Passport details (series, number, date of issue, issuing body, registration address)
  • Trading Account Number
  • Desired size of leverage

What is Leverage?

Leverage is a ratio between a collateral and borrowings allocated against it. For example, 1:100 leverage means that for the transaction settlement you need to have an amount 100 times less than the transaction amount on your trading account (opened by a broker). For example, having 1,000 USD on your deposit and using 1:100 leverage, you can operate 100,000 USD in Forex market.

What is a minimum deposit to start working with a live account?

Esplanade Market Solutions does not limit its customers in choosing sizes of their deposits.

You can start trading from any amount, but it is worth remembering that the choice of financial instruments for trading purposes depends on the size of your deposit amount.
